Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
3 organic eggs
1/2 cup light or brown sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8th teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 tablespoon Sassy But Sweet Spice Blend
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated turmeric (turmeric paste)
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (ginger paste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Preparation
Warm up your oven to 375 degrees. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend them till smooth. Grease two baking pants and coat them with flour. Fill them halfway with the batter. Bake for 45 minutes or until the tip of a toothpick comes out clean from the middle of the breads. Enjoy!
