Imagine a blend of grated beet and plantain seasoned with cinnamon, whole anise, almond extract, lime and lemon zests, bay leaves, ginger paste, and vanilla and almond extracts, and a swirl of mango with a hint of pineapple extract with just enough Jacobsen Salt to burst all the flavors for your palate to enjoy. This special treat will only be available for pick up at the Beaverton Farmers' Market the weekend of May 13th and 14th, on Saturday, May 13th, from 8:30 to 1:30 and at the Montavilla Farmers' Market on Sunday, May 14th, from 10:00 to 2:00.
