- Master the basic techniques in Haitian cuisine
- Make your own Haitian seasoning blends and popular condiments
- Cook your soup joumou or pumpkin soup or freedom soup from scratch
- Include Haitian dishes confidently in your home cooking menu like a pro
When will the bootcamp happen? The bootcamp with happen Friday, December 30th and Saturday, December 31st from five to eight o'clock PST.
We had a blast with this bootcamp in 2021 and 2022 welcoming the new year holding a cup of Haitian kremas and drinking soup joumou! Let's do it again this year!
